“Exploring Growth Opportunities”

Profitability is a primary measure of a business’s ultimate success and longevity, this module explores growth opportunities that focus on sales and profitability. Sales increases come from expansions in markets served, target customers reached, products and services offered, and other business expanding methods. In Module 1, you began your analysis by evaluating your current business situation, clarifying your three-year vision, and setting goals to achieve it. This module will help you evaluate growth indicators that show your business’s readiness for growth. In addition, you will assess the industry’s own potential for growth and identify and screen opportunities for your business.
